Message	=o) I call them because I didn't see the tracking # on the site. I talked w/ rep there (very polite I have to give them that) one guy went to check on my order and another guy got on the phone w/ me and told me that the person that's helping me will be back in just a sec because he went to check on my order... The first guy comes back, says that they're backordered and had to have it shipped directly from UR and I should be receiving it today... To my suprise went home and found a UPS label that they tried delievering it. I'd say a very pleasant experience. "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle" ~ Plato
